At this point I don't mind watching it pan-n-scan, 'cause that's what USA and Sci-Fi Channel shows (Sci-Fi does do widescreen sometimes), and the one thing that always bothers me when watching it on broadcast TV are the commericals, the corner channel logos, and the little animated corner ads ('Farscape Season Premiere' or 'World Broadcast Premiere' of some film on USA)

The DVDs will eliminate the annoyances mentioned above. Unless the company it came from decides to stamp their logo in the corner.
