Here is what I have worked out:
prom will cost about $200 the way I am planning it.
that leaves about $400 dollars, of which I need to buy a new tire for my mom's car(long story).
after that, I think I will still be able to get a jacket of one type or another.
So, it looks like I will get to do both! I am not very close with the person I am going to prom with, so I don't want to go all out. is that wrong? or cheap?
