Most of the outfits that used to sell such items received nastygrams from Lucasfilm legal telling them to knock it off or else. (Pardon the pun.) Send me a note offline and I'll give you some suggestions.

In general, though, there are ooodles of specialty leather shops that make tack, holsters, belts and other gear; one of them could probably help you. Even if Peter Botwright would be interested in such a commission, which I doubt, you could almost certainly get it done faster and cheaper here (assuming you live in the U.S., of course).
