Some time ago (@3-4 yrs. ago now), a couple of groups called for the boycotting of K-Mart. At the time, K-Mart held "Walden Books", which is said to be the biggest seller of ADULT pornography in the U.S. (Although I choose my battles carefully, this is one boycott in which we participated.) The K-Mart Corp., without ever admitting the boycott had anything to do with it, sold off their Walden Book holdings--K-Mart's profits were down badly during the boycott. If you wish to boycott now, it is better to boycott Walden Books & TELL THEM WHY. In addition, you may want to let K-Mart know they did the right thing in getting rid of Walden Books. Another agency that sells A LOT of pornography is CIRCLE-K, a convenience store owned in Arizona & found mostly throughout the West & a little bit in the South.
