It is made in the USA by someone who has to feed a family. Not in China where you get .13 cents a day. It is not mass produced, meaning someone has to make it from hand, no machine here. I see what you are saying, but likewise we cant compare this jacket to a similar one at say Target or Wal-Mart. If you want something nice, you are gonna have to pay for it.
