My Expedition had the same problem. It was on the inside of the left sleeve, right at the elbow. There was about an 8" spot where the lining was never sewn together. I found this error the same day I got the jacket because I inspected the lining fearing such weak stitching.

I sewed the spot myself because I sure as hell wasn't gonna send it back and have to wait again. It's just annoying ain't it? You pay $400+ for a jacket that still needs work. I guess it's them American workers. Maybe we oughta contact Kathie Lee. See if she can't get us in touch with some detail-minded sweatshop workers to produce our Indy jackets.
