I am the video games specialist for Indy-Web.com and I will tell you this much. I know that there was a rumored sequel to Fate of Atlantis entitled Indiana Jones and the Spear of Destiny. For whatever reason, this game was shelved. As far as "Iron Phoenix" goes, your guess is as good as mine.

There were so many rumored sequels to FOA for a time there in the mid-90s. I'd be willing to bet there were just as many rumors for that game as there have been for Indy IV. The most likely sequel would probably have been Spear of Destiny. I have not heard of "Iron Phoenix".
