Just to let you know in advance, the game you are asking about is Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade: The Graphic Adventure, released in 1989 by Lucasfilm Games (now known as Lucasarts.) You can still buy this game in a value pack from Lucasarts.com or find it on Ebay quite often.

It is, IMHO, one of the best Indy games ever made.
