I have absolutely no problem with homosexuals. That's not the way I live my life, but I understand that some people live their lives that way. It is also apparent that not every homosexual male is using his leadership in scouting to take advantage of boys, but what about the 10% of the population that would use that advantage. Remember, the boys and the adult going along on the trip are away by themselves. Now, scouting rules require that no boy can be alone with another adult other than his father, but when no one is watching, I'm sure that rule can be broken. I'm just looking out for the welfare of innocent boys who wouldn't be able to say no.

Think about this, if you are a father or not, would you send your son away for a week in the woods with an openly gay man while there is no other adult supervision?
