Navigator (and probably Explorer) allow you to download an entire
website while you are offline. It will save, for instance, all the
messages in your Middle Earth forum to a directory. You can then zip up the entire
directory with PKZip or similar application. Then all you have to do
is send the zipped file to someone as an email attachment.

When the recipient receives the message, he or she saves the attachment,
unzips the file to a directory, and doubleclicks the html file of
the main forum page. All the messages will open and view as normal in your viewer.
You can't tell that you aren't online, except that these pages will
load, and the online forum won't because of your lockout issue. It
works.
