I've had the darkbrown goatskin Expedition for a little over three weeks now and hardly ever take it off. As for problems, first, the lining wasn't sewed together all the way in one of the sleeves. I only noticed it when I turned the jacket inside out. I can't feel it. Second, it seems, when examined very carefully, that the long back pannel is sewed slightly askew where it attaches to the shoulder pannel, maybe by half a centimeter. It's shifted slightly to the right. The upshot of this is that a natural pleat forms in the back because of the uneven tension. I can't correct this with the adjustment straps. It gives the thing character so I wouldn't send it back but it is a tiny problem as far as quality control is concerned. However, there is no way in hell any pocket is about to tear off. This thing is solid.
