As I remember it, I believe that there were just to many opinions as to which way the novel was going to go, and the other writers said they were going to pursue their own directions, and that was the last thing I saw of it. Oh boy, do I remember reading those! That's why I didn't get involved with the novel myself. I certainly applauded the intiative and effort put into it but I knew there were too many personalities involved for the novel too reach a culminating point. Lots of good ideas and writing but nobody wanted to let go of the reins. -MP
