I think we all agree that Phoenix never would've done TV....

But what I'm saying is that Phoenix would've been great in the role of a younger Indy in a new series of BIG screen movies. He would've had the star power, namewise, to carry the films and I think he would've aged into a very "Harrisonesque" type guy.

I do feel, though, that he was pretty touched in the head. I mean it's obvious with all the drug crap. And I think he was pretty eccentric and wanted to be a "serious" actor. So maybe he would've turned down the role in the long run anyway.
