The closest thing you'll find is the video release displays, which there were HUGH ones made for both Temple of Doom and Last Crusade. The displays were around 6 feet tall, with the T of D showing the artwork of Indy standing with a sword in his hand. They also made a countertop unit around 12" tall of the same thing. The Last Crusade display was the montage of the poster, but it's central figure was Indy on the horse aiming his Webley at you. I have all three of the mentioned displays, and aquired them through local video rental stores at the time of the releases. You might have some luck there. Regards.
