I read about this on a Star Wars forum somewhere, anyways they said that the company is not permanently out of business, they just filed bankruptcy, laid off several people, and apparently the owner is going to restart the company with one other person, I guess he wanted to discharge all debts and reorganize, thats the business world for ya.
