predistresssed is when the factory takes off the finish of the leather, whereas what you probably mean by "used" is something that has natural distressed leather, simply by normal wear and tear.

US Wings and I think FLight Suits both sell Pre-distressed Raiders jackets besides Wested, but I am only a WEsted owner so I can only comment on theirs. It is a nice jacket, although I bought the new finish and let it distress myself. I've only had it about 4 months and it's "aging" nicely.
