: No, I can't get any type of paint to stick to these hats- The only thing that's permanant is permanant markers, but it's very shinny- The only solution- the purchaser would have to spend a couple of hours sanding every square inch with fine grit sandpaper- there's like a waxy coating. How bout a disclamer the jerks could all sign instead of insurance?
