Vogel yelled "Fahr an die Mauer!"
I think he said pretty much the same thing again: "An die Mauer ranfahren!"
Either way (I'm too lazy to check right now), he said "Drive up against the wall!"
His choice of word seems a bit funny. "Mauer" means a man-made wall. He should have picked another word.

: When poor Indy was hanging (after his bag strap having mysterically got caught around the gun) and Vogel yelled at the driver to splat Indy against the outcropping, what did he say, AND, did he actually think that by demonstrating the motion with his hands, anyone inside could possibly see? Or was that just for the benefit of his non-German speaking audience?

: : It's in the vault. You guys know that there is such a thing, right? Our fearless leader Micah (God bless her) has in a fit of benevolence granted us even a search engine for this vault. ;)

: : He says: "Die Amerikaner, die kämpfen wie Weiber."
: : It means: "The Americans, they fight like broads."

: : PS: Short Round could have told you that. Isn't that right, Shorty?

: : : Guten Tag.
: : : Okay, what's the soldier in the LC tank saying to his fellow Nazi bastards when he looks through the periscope to see Indy getting choked by the head bastard Vogel, just before Indy kicks the viewer around and scoring one for the good guys? Something to the effect of "The American," and if I'm not mistaken (I've been known to be wrong), I think that I heard "kamph" (struggle), or am I trying to sound smart and it didn't work?
: : : Danke!
