perhaps we can compile The Indy Cookbook, to sit on the shelf next to the Anais Nin, Marinetti's Futurist Cookbook, Son of the Martini Cookbook, etc.
These foods should be articulated, rather than simply named (viz. the dahl or monkey brains).
To wit:
Bad Dates
1 kilo dates
10 mil. sodium hydroxide
or something to that effect... This could aspire to be a page on IndyGear... IndyGrub?
