Jacket Skrinking Technique/Method

Someone posted a while back about a techniquue of skrinking a leather jacket by putting it dryer with wet towels, inside out I think. Could whoever remembers specifically how this worked, please post the instructions again. And, if you tried it, how'd it work? I'd like to take some the bagginess out of the US Wings OC A2 in the body and sleeves, they are very full cut.
