I just had an interesting chat with Joe Jr of Peter Brothers. We were discussing my order for a large US size 7-5/8 (24-1/8"-31.22 cm circumference) Raiders type hat based loosely on Patterson's hat. He suggested a 1-3/4" ribbon based on the logic that a 1-1/2" ribbon was too small on 6" crown and that you need the 1-3/4" ribbon. Hellooo Patterson and anyone else with a large hat size PB....Did you get your PB with a 1-3/4" ribbon? How does it look? What did you do? did you keep the 1-3/4" ribbon? or did you replace it with the 1-1/2" Petersham ribbon? Can you get a 1-3/4" Petersham ribbon? Comments Please?
