Believe it or not, Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles is in part, an homage to Indy. Not the plot of the movie, but the character. Hell ,Paul Hogan was inspired by Indiana Jones and thats why he made a third movie. It faired poorly. The jokes were just dumb. Then, the Mummy Returns is the next strike. It also is an homage to Indiana Jones. It relied on CGI too much and no one has said it's fantastic. People even said it was long, but if it was really awesome, it would be over very quickly. These are two homages to Indy and they both faired either bad or ok. There are two more homages to come out this summer. Disney's Atlantis and Tomb Raider. Let's hope one can bring back the memory of an Indy film. It's the 20th anniversary and we get four homages, let's hope one is really good.
