Be careful about assuming that just because your shirt doesn't look like it's the right shade that it's wrong. When they make movies the Costume Department (Wardrobe Department?) will "age" clothing that isn't supposed to appear brand new in the film. Also, the film stock and processing thereof can affect your perception of the colors in the film. Outdoor scenes in bright sunlight can look washed out due to the fact that movie film doesn't record light and color in exactly the same way as the human eye.
