This is just another phase in Indyfandom...

: Well, Shorty, I'm not sure why I was singled out in this tirade of yours, as if you'll notice I've pretty much ended any remarks one way or another regarding gear, or anything else for that matter. I find it most interesting as well that you were one of the folks "way back when" that asked me advise on gear related questions, and now you're slamming me for helping others in their quests. My remarks regarding the Infernal game posts was as an example alone. As I pointed out, I made no complaints what so ever when that was going on, but sat back as most of the rest of the regulars did, and allowed the discussion to go in the direction it seemed to need to go at the time. I wasn't interested at all, but once again, I didn't gripe about the continuing post after post regarding game strategy. I have pulled away from the forum more, and after reading this string of posts, can see that I will pull away even more. I can understand when the new folks create strings like this, but when it comes from people who I have had personal contacts with, well, Micah, once we get this art contest done and I supply you with the prize from my collection that I promised (like I did for the last contest), I'll probably not be participating as much in any other types of contests or forum discussions again. What was once a pretty tight community is gone now, and instead of just appreciating others eccentricities (I know graml, I probably spelled that one wrong), those same items have become lightening rods of controversy. My best to you all. I'll be here, but can see where the mood of the forum is going, and have absolutely no interest in participating. Regards. Michaelson
