It's visible on the widescreen. You can find it on the pan and scan version if you know the exact moment to look.

It's on the column to the left of Indy (his right) when they're opening
the stone lid off the Ark. Pause the tape as Sallah moves in position to lift the lid, before
he obscures the column to the left of Indy.
