I have a size Small VIP jacket. Normally, I wear a Medium (I wear a size 40 suit jacket). But the Small US Wings VIP jacket fits me perfectly. It must be a full-cut pattern. If I'm not mistaken, I think Large might be 44-46... so Medium might fit you better. Just my opinion. You might want to email Sgt. Hack and ask him (give him your height and weight)... he's pretty good at judging sizes.
