missing seen?

In a book about Lucas that I saw at the library, there was a picture in which Indy and Willie are helping Shorty walk across a narow rope that is strung across a lava pit. Is this a missing seen? What happened in this seen?

Yes, it was cut out. right before Shorty was to cross, the bridge was suppose to break or catch fire due to the intense heat from the lava. Plus Lucas didn't want Shorty falling off too many bridges!
