The overall image is a definite source for Indys costume,no doubt at all.Pinks pants however have a flat front.
If you want an other source of the Indy costume check out the movie adaption of E Hemingways Spanish civil war epic For Whom The bell Tolls.Gary Cooper plays a demolition expert called Robert Jordan.He wears a brown Fedora,bone colored field shirt,grey wool trousers,a holstered revolver,ankle boots and a really cool leather jacket.The film is fantastic and a definite must for any fan of the Young Indy series(Hemingway makes 3 cameos in various episodes).
