What if somewhere out there, there exists a psychotic who actually THINKS he's Indiana Jones. He dresses like Indy all the time, talks like him, etc. He has delusions of grandeur of being a renowned archaeologist. He hallucinates artifacts and hears the voice of God talking to him. He fears persecution and believes that the "Nazis" are after him. And he makes every situation that happens to him seem exactly like one in the movies. What if...it's actually one of us? (cue dramatic music)
