Just kiddin.' I have no idea, and I also posted this question a couple days ago. I thought maybe he died of malaria on the way to Delhi, or maybe he decided to stay with the villagers and his newfound Pankot playmates. We should have a contest to see who can come up with the best Shorty scenario.
