I was lucky enough to get him on a good day - on the first phone call, actually. He was very nice and eager to please. I bought a new bag, and during the time it took to get him a check, he informed me the bags that were supposed to be new were in fact not. He was a gentleman about the whole thing, and cut the price of a used bag in half for me, sending me the refund in cash in the bag. I have to admitt that the used bag was better than I had hoped for. I gave a glowing review, and in the time between my order and those of folks I sent his way his mood went to downright foul. I spent a great deal of time appologizing for him, though I have to say that my $5 Mk-VII was a bargain.

Cheers!
