What Is Spielberg Ready To Make?

If the studio is holding Spielberg back from making it, then I think it's fair to assume that they have a script. Could this be the one that Stephen Gaghan was asked to write? He would've had time to complete it by now, but did he ever accept the job? Did he ever state he wasn't interested like Shyamalan did?

I'm still intrigued by the rumour that S+L want to make two more Indy films, aided by Ford's statement that he wouldn't rule out more than one sequel and that several Top Men are working on scripts. Maybe Gaghan's writing the script for the next Indy film, while Spielberg's ready to shoot the script for Indy 4?

It's a long shot, but I love a good conspiracy theory, and the ones that you only hear about once and then mysteriously disappear usually turn out to be true.
