I don't understand this as it seems to be opposite of what you discussed. I wear a 7 1/4 in the Stetson and the Miller, as well as fitted baseball caps. In PB's hats, I have to have a 7 1/2. Weird. : I forwarded my post to Joe to look at and see if I understood him correctly. If he sends me a correction, I'll update my post, but that's how I understood him to explain the sizing.
