Licensed Grail Diary?

I'm truly sorry if this question is a dead issue or overasked question around here, but I picked up the Raiders 20th SW Insider laster night and was reading in the collectibles section, that apparently there was a licensed Grail Diary that theyre saying sells on the secondary market for up to 300.00 This is obviously NOT the game diary.

Does anyone know anything at all about this?
