MidWest gloves in small? Cowhide?

Do you know where I can obtain the Indy gloves in small size? The medium size from AM Leonard mailorder (who does not offer the small) is slightly large (and they will stretch.) MidWest sells only multiple pair orders only to retailers. Also, how do we know the gloves were actually MidWest, or buckskin (there is a cowhide model of the same design: MidWest model 609)?
