I also had the "priveledge" to be on the ride when it broke down once - righ in the middle of the bridge. We sat there for what seemed to be almost 20 minutes with the music just blaring. They finally shut off the special effects and turned on the house lights, then escorted us back to the que. It was funny to see the place deserted except for cast members. They gave us the choice of hanging around for a few minutes to see if it would be back up, or to get baby-swap passes to use later. I stuck around and managed to get a little behind the scenes tour before they did in fact reopen the ride. Fun stuff for a fan.
