She admits to being a "C" It is quite apparent in the nude scene in "Gia." Padding an actresses bra is no different than male actors wearing toupee's for certain characters. The large bosom is a identifying feature for Lara Croft. It only made sense to enhance her slightly. And I do mean slightly.
