Indy filsm were (and still are) a bond my dad and I shared when he was alive. He took me to Raiders when they first opened (granted I was only 3 and don't remember it. But my mom told me how furious she was for him taking me to a PG movie). We saw Temple of Doom and Last Crusade. I still have a fedora my dad had made for me when he first took me to Raiders (which is now pasted down to my son).

When I was little, I loved Indy's exciting lifestyle and the heroism. I still think of Indy as a hero, but found an interest in archeology. I went on a dig a few years ago, shortly after my son was born, in New Mexico. I enjoyed it (although my sunburnt back did not appreciate it!!).

I also admire Harrison Ford's work, especially the action films. Mosquito Coast was pretty good. What Lies Beneath was kind of disappointing (as was six days and seven nights).

But I'll stop the endless babble. Any questions? Please see me after class.

Tessa
