As far as where One Stop Shipping delivers you will have to contact them, I do know that they deliver anywhere in the US. The Temple is very close to the hat worn by Ford in TOD, however the front has a fairly wide pinch, about 1.5". The look of the hat is right on the money if you shape it correctly. I own two myself, one brown and one gray. The gentleman(his name escapes me) who shapes the hat was able to get the correct shape from some pictures of the Raiders hat. All I had to do was ask, I don't know 100% if they would do it for a mail order. You better call for more acurate details. God, I sound like a recording.
