Okay, the real words for the chanting would actually be invoking
the Goddess Kali, in this case,they have made up optional chanting in Hindi
for the peeps attending the sacrifice, its just "Om nama shri bram..."
amongst other hindi words which roughly translates into "I praise the
name of the dark Shri (deontes the godess Kali - which means black,hence
dark one), but they stop short of really invoking her.

Actually chanting the Kali mantras would really invoke the goddess
and unless someone is willing to really deal with her, they will not
chant her mantras without just cause. The same thing was done in
the Movie "The Craft", apparently they really started a ritual
in the beach scenes and stuff they couldn't handle started happening,
not special effects but real stuff. The old adage, don't mess with
what you don't understand, comes in handy eh?
