: Anyway, Ford rarely enunciates. Just think of the Satipo/Sapito/stupido debacle. We still don't know for sure (I lean towards a dead-pan "stupido").

: : I know that Ford was ill through during most of the shooting and this could account for this scene. Perhaps it's not bad acting, but rather bad editing. That part has just always stood out for me. The way Ford read these lines always sounded, I don't know.... so Captain Kirk.
