Yer not really gonna find anything for on or under $100 thats any good if you're fairly serious about finding a good bullwhip that is like Indy's. What you should do is save up the money (about $300) and get a Mark Allen, he makes a great Indiana Jones style whip from Austrailia thats really great:

Or... get familiar with what Indy's whip looks like and use a search engine like Yahoo or Lycos to find Bullwhips. Shop around.
