I just like the films and could really care less about what Indy's gusset is doing from one moment to the next, but I don't mind all the gear posts.

My first exposure to Indygear was back in 1997 when this site was still the old WWW Indy site. I remember thinking it was cool that the bag was an old WWII gasmask bag and could still be ordered from company XYZ...(or somethin' like that).

However, when it gets to the point that photos are being posted from one scene to the next because maybe the stitching on the jacket is different...it's just human nature that there's always gonna be people that are irritated by minutia like that.

Overall, I rarely read anything gear related, but I do plan on getting a whip one day and then I may post something like "I Got A Whip Today".
