Well, it is actually cheaper than my father-in-law's golf game ($100+ per week - ouch!), and that's why my wife kinda lets it slide (grin)(nm)

: : I've owned Indy jackets made from:

: : -New finish cowhide (Disney)
: : -Predistressed cowhide (Wested, US Wings, Star Wars Insider, Disney)
: : -Lambskin (Wested, Flight Suits)
: : -Goatskin (US Wings, Flight Suits, US Authentic)
: : -Horsehide (Flight Suits)
: : -Deerskin (Flight Suits)
: : -Kangaroo skin (US Wings)

: : I don't think I'm forgetting anything? Anyway, just figured the above may help in assessing where I'm coming from. I've owned a few jackets and done a bit of legwork as a fan on the topic. It took some work on the part of Michaelson, Lee Keppler, and Dave Marshall to make me a goatskin convert, but for me it is the best choice out there.

: : Hope this helps.
