I suggest you go with a high tech PC that runs 3D graphics (for Infernal Machine) for the most games (note that they're not the same as the console games). Either that, or buy an N64 and try to find a copy of the limited Infernal Machine at Blockbuster or eBay. The last resort would be a handheld Game Boy Color or Advance or whatever, and get Infernal Machine for that.
