Last Crusade WAS a blooper!

: Most likely wouldn't the ledge also be constructed of fall-away material? When he is hanging over the pit, you see how pillars are supporting the letters in Jehova. But I see nothing supporting the tiles that Indy is hanging onto.

: Also, for the leap from the lion's head, I understand that the brigde was invisible due to an optical illusion. But how can someone not see the bridge in front of their own feet?
