Sailplanes are quiet, safe, and need no fuel.
They are also fast. You cruise at about 50 knots, but you can reach
up to 180 knots (That's about 200 mph).

: Does anyone here have their PPL(Private Pilots License)? I know it sounds odd but I just wanted some good information about it. I already have a boaters license and just finished up Drivers ED for automobiles.. I figured why not knock off one more license? lol naa I have always wanted to fly..
