I just checked with my trusty laptop theater, and it SOUNDs like colonel, but I'll be damned if the blasted captions don't read HERMAN. However...

My experience with captioning has shown me that the person(s) responsible for whatever show/movie/what-have-you they are captioning are doing so by ear, are very lazy (and thereby leave some of the dialogue out), or just "make it up as they go".

BTW - I could swaer that the guys real name is mentioned in the making of, or the novelization, or something....hmmm...
