But to the substantive topic of the post:

I've discussed the quality standards with Dave, and watched him scrutinize skins. Their standards are bar none the best I've ever come across. I was allowed to select the skins for both the jackets I have as well as my wife's veg goatskin - a fun thing to do, and I learned a bit about matching the skins from being guided by the pros they have on staff there.

Definitely not a barn-door operation like some I've seen either first hand or even seen videotapes of visits. The place is immaculately clean and organized, and they take a great deal of pride in the work they do. These are the reasons I have given them my business, and why I will continue to do so.
