Anyone make any progress on a good shirt?

Looks like our man in London is hard at work on procuring accurate trousers (thanks, Peter!), but there's still a big hole in the market for a good, reproduction shirt.

Anyone make any progress?

If I recall correctly, Greg had had one made locally by a seamstress. It looked pretty good, and there was some discussion that if he could find a source for appropriate pima fabric, that the seamstress might be willing to take orders from others. Is that still being investigated?

Has anyone had any luck with getting a shirt out of Andre Dometakis?
